Check-in times – Cars for disabled persons – Find your way

The below information tells you when you must be checked in at the port at the latest to be guaranteed a space on board ALSLINJEN's ferries.

• Standard ticket for cars, motorbikes, mopeds, bicycles and foot passengers: 15 min
• Bizz monthly travel pass: 15 min However, note when booking in advance: 5 min
• Motorhome, car with trailer: 15 min
• Groups: 15 min
• Buses: 15 min
• Lorry, semitrailer and lorries with trailer: 30 min
• Trailer, passenger car w/o driver, special transport: 30 min

Cars for disabled persons

ALSLINJEN makes it possible for cars for disabled persons to be parked close to the lift and with the best possible access to the passenger deck as far as possible.

When using this option, please book a general ticket for your vehicle type here. Next, please contact us by phone +45 70 25 10 25 and state your departure and state that you would like a spot by the lift and with the best possible access to the passenger deck.

Please check in at the port no later than 30 minutes before the scheduled departure to allow time for boarding the ferry.

Walking-impaired persons and disability assistance

Are you travelling as a foot passenger and need help getting on board ALSLINJEN?

ALSLINJEN offers disability assistance on selected crossings. This includes physical assistance to get on and off the ship. Note that disability assistance is only offered to individual travellers and not groups.

If you would like to use ALSLINJEN's disability assistance, you can book assistance Monday to Friday between 8.00 am and 9.00 pm at least 48 hours before departure by calling +45 70 25 10 25. Remember to state the departure on which you are travelling. If this deadline is not met, it cannot be guaranteed that disability assistance can be provided.

Note that disability assistance does not include lifting the disabled person from a wheelchair to a seat or assistance with personal care/personal hygiene during the crossing. ALSLINJEN may require sick/disabled persons to have their own companion during the crossing. The companion is carried free of charge

Dogs, cats and other pets are welcome on ALSLINJEN. However, the following rules apply:

Dogs and other pets are allowed in the marked ‘dog areas’ in the passenger areas.

Dogs must be kept on a short lead. Other pets must be carried in a cage or pet carrier and must not be a nuisance to other passengers.

Therefore, you may want to consider leaving your pet in the car during the crossing. The vehicle deck is not accessible during the crossing.
