Log in to view or change your reservation
HOW TO DO IT:
- Log in with your reservation and phone number
- Select new departure
- Get a price quote for your new ticket
- Confirm the change and pay any price difference between the new and old ticket.
IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR TICKET:
- Log in with your reservation and phone number
- If your ticket is refundable, you can do this via the "Refund" button.
- If you have a non-refundable ticket, it is possible to simply refund any additional purchases. Please note that the entire ticket will be cancelled.
- Not all tickets can be refunded via our automatic refunds. If something is not correct, please contact our customer service.
Ticket change
Changed travel plans? No problem!
All tickets for ALSLINJEN can be changed quickly and easily on the website if you would rather travel at a different time.
You can often save a lot of money by booking your trip with ALSLINJEN as early as possible. If your travel plans change in the meantime, you can easily change your ticket online – right up until departure!
Low-fare tickets can be changed online for 50 kroner per change, while there is no change fee for Standard tickets. If there is a price difference between the new and old ticket, this will be paid in connection with your change. It is not possible to get a negative difference paid out.
Please note that a ticket can only be changed to another departure within the validity period. If you change your ticket to a different ticket type, e.g. a Standard ticket, the ticket conditions from the original ticket will still apply to the changed ticket.
