Do you need help with commuter agreements and travel cards?
We have launched a new and improved way to purchase and manage commuter agreements and travel cards via the website. The design is new, and the experience is more intuitive and user-friendly - both in the purchase flow and in the overview of your existing products.

A: The commuter agreement is for those who travel frequently - e.g. several times a week. You can choose between monthly cards with unlimited trips and agreements with a discount per trip.
A: The travel card is for those who travel regularly, but not every day. A travel card gives you 10 prepaid trips at a fixed low price.
A:
First choose the type of transport: Car, pedestrian, motorcycle or moped
Then choose whether you want a commuter agreement or a travel card based on your travel pattern.
See the specific products that suit your choice: Monthly pass, 10-trip pass or discount agreement per trip.
NB: You can see price, validity and what is included (e.g. number of people)
A: All of your existing products will remain active and visible in your overview. The new design only changes the layout and navigation to improve your user experience.
A: Once you have created a product, you can:
Get an overview of your active products in one place
View travel history, validity and active bookings
Add/remove one or more cars to your preferred product
Renew or cancel your agreement whenever it suits you.

You can use the app across all our ferry routes, and you can find your commuter agreements and travel cards by logging in under "Travel frequently" at the bottom of the menu.
